And the LORD smelled a sweet savor; and the LORD said in His heart, “I will not again curse the ground for man’s sake—although the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; and I will not again smite every living thing as I have done. While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.”

And Noah built an altar to the LORD, and he took of every clean animal, and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals which were with him in the ark. And God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.

And the dove came to him in the evening, and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf plucked off. So Noah knew that the waters had gone down from off the face of the earth.
