Confronting the Inner Criticনমুনা

Day 4 — Stand in Truth
Focus: Face the critic from a grounded place of love.
Truth: Confrontation means standing present, not attacking.
Reflection: When the critic speaks today, pause and take one deep breath. Then say softly, “I hear you, but I choose peace.” You’re not fighting — you’re standing.
Scripture: “Stand firm, and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring.” — Exodus 14:13
Affirmation: I can stand in love even when the voice of fear whispers.
