Everyone wants to hit seven figures and beyond. The milestone sounds exciting, but the real secret isn’t just about hitting higher revenue…it’s about maintaining profitability as you scale.

Revenue can give the appearance of success, but profitability is what sustains it. As a leader, you have to ask the hard questions:

•How does each role contribute to driving revenue and value for the company?

•What 20% of actions are producing 80% of the results?

•Am I building for long-term lifetime value, or just chasing short-term wins?

Jesus taught the importance of counting the cost before building. The same is true in business. Growth comes with more investments, more layers, and more complexity. If you don’t lead with clarity and stewardship, you can find yourself running faster but keeping less.

Kingdom leadership means focusing not only on expansion, but on health. Profitability creates the margin to invest back into people, into mission, and into the future God has called you to build.

•Am I chasing top-line growth at the expense of bottom-line health?

•Where might I need to simplify, focus, or steward better so my growth is sustainable?

Lord, thank You for entrusting me with opportunities, people, and resources. Help me to lead with wisdom and stewardship. Teach me to build not just for growth, but for health…so that the fruit of my work remains. Keep me focused on the long-term value You’ve called me to create. In Jesus’ name, amen.
