Jesus Is…Relationalনমুনা

Day 1 - Jesus is…relational.
John 4:1-42 (ESV)
Devotional: God has given us the greatest gift—a relationship with Him! Although you and I sin every day, Jesus desires to have a relationship with us. The story of the woman at the well is a well-known scripture where Jesus sought a relationship with someone who was broken, just like us. Just one interaction with Jesus completely changed her life. Humans are designed to have a relationship with God. Without living in the fullness of this design, we will feel empty. Seek the God who has already sought you. He promises that if you seek Him, you will find Him! The woman at the well thought Jesus would be judgmental, legalistic, and rude, but after their interaction, a relationship was formed, wounds were healed, and she accepted Jesus. If you desire a closer relationship with Him, seek Him.
Prayer: Jesus, we thank you that we can seek you. We were made to do this life with You. You promise that if I seek, I will find you (Matt 7:7). Lord, help me find you. I desire a relationship with you!

About this Plan

For many religions, it is a foreign concept to have a God that desires a relationship. But that is an essential claim of the Christian faith. Join us as we unpack the idea that Jesus is relational by looking at different ways that Jesus is committed to a relationship with his people.
