O worship the King, all glorious above
And gratefully sing His wonderful love
Our Shield and Defender, the Ancient of Days
Pavilioned in splendor and girded with praise
Thy bountiful care, what tongue can recite?
It breathes in the air, it shines in the light
It streams from the hills, it descends to the plain
And sweetly distills in the dew and the rain
Frail children of dust and feeble as frail
In Thee do we trust nor find Thee to fail
Thy mercies how tender, how firm to the end
Our Maker, Defender, Redeemer and Friend
Come all you weary
Come all you thirsty
Come to the well that never runs dry
Drink of the water
Come and thirst no more
Come all you sinners
Come find His mercy
Come to the table, He will satisfy
Taste of His goodness
Find what you're looking for
For God so loved the world that He gave us
His one and only Son to save us
Whoever believes in Him will live forever
Bring all your failures
Bring your addictions
Come lay them down at the foot of the cross
Jesus is waiting there
With open arms
For God so loved the world that He gave us
His one and only Son to save us
Whoever believes in Him will live forever
The power of hell forever defeated
Now it is well, I'm walking in freedom
For God so loved, God so loved the world
(Unison)
Praise God, praise God
From whom all blessings flow
(Parts)
Praise Him, praise Him
For the wonders of His love
Praise God, praise God
From whom all blessings flow
Praise Him, praise Him
For the wonders of His love
(No bass)
For God so loved the world that He gave us
His one and only Son to save
(Add bass)
For God so loved the world that He gave us
His one and only Son to save us
Whoever believes in Him will live forever
The power of hell forever defeated
Now it is well, I'm walking in freedom
For God so loved, God so loved the world
Bring all your failures
Bring your addictions
Come lay them down at the foot of the cross
Jesus is waiting
God so loved the world
Light of the world
You stepped down into darkness
Opened my eyes let me see
Beauty that made
This heart adore You
Hope of a life spent with You
Here I am to worship
Here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that You're my God
You're altogether lovely
Altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me
King of all days
Oh so highly exalted
Glorious in heaven above
Humbly You came
To the earth You created
All for love's sake became poor
Here I am to worship
Here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that You're my God
You're altogether lovely
Altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me
And I'll never know how much it cost
To see my sin upon that cross
And I'll never know how much it cost
To see my sin upon that cross
Here I am to worship
Here I am to bow down
Here I am to say that You're my God
You're altogether lovely
Altogether worthy
Altogether wonderful to me
Beauty that made
This heart adore You
Hope of a life spent with You

How can we help?
Christ is my reward and all of my devotion
Now there's nothing in this world
That could ever satisfy
Through every trial, my soul will sing
No turning back, I've been set free
Christ is enough for me
Christ is enough for me
Everything I need is in You
Everything I need
Christ my all in all, the joy of my salvation
And this hope will never fail
Heaven is our home
Through every storm, my soul will sing
Jesus is here, to God be the glory
Christ is enough for me
Christ is enough for me
Everything I need is in You
Everything I need
I have decided to follow Jesus
No turning back, no turning back
I have decided to follow Jesus
No turning back, no turning back
The cross before me, the world behind me
No turning back, no turning back
The cross before me, the world behind me
No turning back, no turning back
Christ is enough for me
Christ is enough for me
Everything I need is in You
Everything I need
I have decided to follow Jesus
No turning back, no turning back
I have decided to follow Jesus
No turning back, no turning back
No turning back, no turning back
We gather here
In Jesus' name
His love is burning in our hearts
Like living flame
For through His loving Son
The Father makes us one
Come take the bread
Come drink the wine
Come share the Lord
No one is a stranger here
Everyone belongs
Finding our forgiveness here
We in turn forgive all wrongs
He joins us here
He breaks the bread
The Lord who pours the cup
Is risen from the dead
The One we love the most
Is now our gracious host
Come take the bread
Come drink the wine
Come share the Lord
We are now a family
Of which the Lord is head
Though unseen He meets us here
In the breaking of the bread
We'll gather soon
Where angels sing
We'll see the glory of our Lord
And coming King
Now we anticipate
The feast for which we wait
Come take the bread
Come drink the wine
Come share the Lord
Spiritual Direction Announcement
Spiritual direction is a space to slow down and pay attention to your life with God. It is not counseling, therapy, or problem-solving, but a conversation rooted in prayer, listening, and trust.
Together, we pay attention to your everyday life, relationships, and experiences as places where God is already present and at work. We trust the Holy Spirit as the true guide in every session.
To learn more or request a session, contact Ben Crain, or visit nscoc.org/spiritual-direction.

Wednesday Evening Class: Summer 2026
First, our adult class will be walking through the book of Ephesians together starting on Wednesday, June 10. In this letter, Paul shows us how the gospel shapes every part of our lives and invites us to see our story through the lens of God’s story. We’ll hear from a variety of teachers throughout the summer, and we’d love for you to join us for the journey.
Then, once a month, we’ll swap out our regular Wednesday activities for a Family Fun Night! Mark your calendars for June 17, July 8, and August 5. We’ll still meet from 7–8 p.m., but these evenings will focus on fellowship and building connections across generations. Everyone is invited to bring ice cream to share and a favorite game to play. We’re looking forward to spending summer evenings together as a church family!
Classes for Children and Youth will continue their usual schedules.
To learn more about our adult classes, visit nscoc.org/classes.
Combined Class: Mission Trip Reports
Join us for a combined adult class on August 30 at 10:30 a.m. Come hear powerful stories from our recent mission trips to Mexico and Honduras. Leaders and participants will share how God is moving in these places and how they experienced His work firsthand.
Whether you’ve gone on a trip before or are simply curious about joining one in the future, this is a great opportunity to learn more, be inspired, and find out which trip might be the right fit for you. Don’t miss this encouraging time of reflection and connection!

This will be held in place of our usual Wednesday night class after the fellowship meal. Children and Youth will have their regular Wednesday activities.
Safety Ministry Volunteer Interest Meeting
Our Safety Ministry quietly serves behind the scenes to help make Northside a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Whether responding to medical situations, assisting during emergencies, or equipping our church through training and preparedness, this team plays a vital role in caring for our church family and those in our community.
If you've ever wondered how you could use your gifts to serve in this ministry, we invite you to attend one of our 30-minute interest meetings, either Sunday, August 23, or Sunday, September 6, following classes at 11:45 a.m. in room 205. You'll learn about the many opportunities available, from medical response and emergency preparedness to education and training initiatives including CPR, Stop the Bleed, situational awareness, and more.
This ministry benefits from people with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, healthcare professionals, and others who remain calm under pressure are wonderful assets, but you don't need a professional background to make a meaningful contribution. Whether you can serve on the front lines or behind the scenes, there's a place for you.
Come learn how you can help us care for our church family and serve our community.
Women's Craft Night
Join us for Spackle and Sparkle: A Women’s Craft Night on Tuesday, September 15 at 6 p.m. in the Youth Room. We'll provide supplies and a taco dinner; you provide the craftiness! Cost is $5. Sign up online or in person at the Atrium table.

Who can satisfy
My soul like You
Who on earth could comfort me
And love me like You do
Who could ever be
More faithful true
I will trust in You
I will trust in You, my God
Living Water, rain down
Your life on me
Cleansing me, refreshing me
With life abundantly
River full of life
I'll go where You lead
I will trust in You
I will trust in You my God
There is a Fountain
Who is a King
Victorious Warrior
And Lord of everything
My Rock, my Shelter
My very own
Blessed Redeemer
Who reigns upon the throne
Who could ever be
More faithful true
Lord Jesus, Lord Jesus
Lord Jesus, there's none but You
There is a Fountain
Who is a King
Victorious Warrior
And Lord of everything
My Rock, my Shelter
My very own
Blessed Redeemer
Who reigns upon the throne
There is a Fountain
Who is a King
Victorious Warrior
And Lord of everything
My Rock, my Shelter
My very own
Blessed Redeemer
Who reigns upon the throne
