Real Hope: Constant Godعينة

## His Years Will Never End That God is constant means that He is always reliable, accessible and present. This brings us an assurance that, regardless of what is going on in our lives, God hears us and answers our prayers. Right from the beginning of the Bible in Genesis 1, all the way through to Revelation 22, we see His constancy—through Adam and Eve’s rebellion, the saving of Noah, the rescuing of God’s people out of Egypt, the judges, the kings, the prophets, and then Jesus. He promised that He redeems His people, and He showed it through the provision of His Son, our Saviour, Jesus. One of the things I love about our ministry is that people contact us and ask us to pray for them. We bring them all before God and ask Him to meet their needs, provide miracles, be present with them in times of sickness, troubles, and difficulties, save them, and love them. We do this because we have confidence in the constant, loving God. Everything else will wear out, but God is unchanging. His years will never end. We know this because: ‘“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty”’ (Revelation 1:8 NIV). We can reach out to Him and rely on Him because He is constant. He is the everlasting eternal Father, God and Saviour. #### Written by DAVID BARKER
