God is . . . Provider

“Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” Matthew 6:26 NIV

God loves you so much that He will provide for all of your needs if you let Him. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

This does not mean that you get to sit idly by and wait for things to fall into your lap. Play an active part in what God has planned for you. Show up and pay attention to the directions that the Holy Spirit gives you!

Prayer:

Father, thank You for all of the blessings You have given me. I know that You are aware of my needs before I am and that You have the best plans in store for me. Thank You for providing for my needs and making such good plans for my benefit! Amen in Jesus’ name.
