Ukwephula Umjikelezo Wokukhathazeka

Ubhekana kanjani nokukhathazeka kwakho? Ingabe uthembele kumuntu noma kokuthile ukuze udlule? Ingabe uyayiziba imicabango yakho ekhathazayo futhi uthemba ukuthi izovele ihambe?

Ukukhathazeka ngeke kuphele ngokwako futhi ngeke sivele SIZOKHIPHA. Ukukhathazeka kuletha isiphithiphithi emzimbeni, engqondweni nasemoyeni. Kuyakuqeda amandla. Lapho uvuka ukhathele, izinkathazo zosuku ngalunye ziholela ekukhathazekeni okwengeziwe. Udinga ukwehla “kwisondo le-hamster”!

Ukubhekana nokukhathazeka kuthatha umsebenzi. Kudingeka ukubhekana namanga owakholelwayo, ubuhlungu obubambelele kubo, kanye nezindlela ezingalungile zokucabanga ozamukele.

Ukubhekana nokukhathazeka nakho kudinga ukungenela nosizo lukaNkulunkulu. UJesu usikhuthaza ukuba sizibophe ejokeni kuye ukuze sithole ukuphumula ekuthwaleni imithwalo enzima (NgokukaMathewu 11:28–30). Akafuni ukuthi ubhekane nezilingo zempilo kanye nezinkathazo uwedwa. Uthembisa ukuhamba nawe njengenduduzo, amandla, nethemba.

Namuhla, uma ulwa nokukhathazeka, zimisele ukwamukela kuJesu isibindi sokubhekana ngqo nezinkathazo zakho. Nazi ezinye izinyathelo ongazithatha ukuze ugqashule ekubambeni kokukhathazeka futhi uqale uhambo lwakho oluya enkululekweni:

  • Yembula imithombo yokukhathazeka kwakho ( IHubo 139: 23- 24) Beka eceleni isikhathi sokuthandaza. Kunokuba ucele uNkulunkulu ukuba asuse ukukhathazeka kwakho, mcele ukuba akubonise ukuthi kubangelwa yini. Ingabe kunzima ukwethemba uNkulunkulu? Uyakholwa ukuthi uyakuthanda ngokwanele ukuba akusize? Uyakholwa ukuthi uNkulunkulu unamandla ngokwanele ukubhekana nezimo zakho eziyinselelo? Vumela uNkulunkulu embule izici ekucabangeni kwakho nasekuziphatheni kwakho okudingeka zivumelane neqiniso lakhe.
  • Yeka ukwesaba ukwesaba (2 KuThimothewu 1:7). Uvalo luyazidla. Lapho siqhubeka sicabanga ngakho, ukwesaba okukhulu kuba ezingqondweni zethu. Ulwa nokwesaba ngokukholwa. Kunokuba ugxile kulokho okwesabayo, gxila kuNkulunkulu nasemandleni akhe ukuze akusize unqobe izinkathazo ezikudlayo.
  • Cela uNkulunkulu ukuba avuselele ingqondo yakho ( KwabaseFilipi 4: 8). Cela uNkulunkulu ukuba asuse izindlela ezingalungile zokucabanga ngokufaka amaqiniso akhe. Ephepheni, bhala phansi futhi uzindle ngale miBhalo emihlanu: KwabaseFilipi 4:6-8, KwabaseKolose 3:2, Isaya 41:10, IHubo 4:8, noJoshuwa 1:9. (Sizophinde sizibheke kusasa.) Vumela iZwi likaNkulunkulu lingene ngaphakathi futhi likuqinise.
  • Nikelani kuNkulunkulu imikhuleko nezicelo zenu (1 KuPetru 5:7). Yabelana noNkulunkulu ngezinto ezikukhathazayo nokwesabayo. UNkulunkulu uyezwa, futhi ufuna ukukusiza. UMoya Wakhe uzokunika amandla okunqoba ukwesaba kwakho lapho nje uphonsa zonke izinkathazo zakho kuye.

Umkhuleko Wanamuhla:

Nkosi, ngiphe amandla okubheka ngale kwezimo zami. Nqoba ukukhathazeka kwami. Ngisize ngishintshe imizamo yami yokulawula, ukubaleka, nokukhathazeka ngokuthula kwakho okuphelele. Ngikhetha ukwethemba wena nobuhlakani bakho kuzo zonke izimo. Ngikhetha ukuphonsa zonke izinkathazo zami kuwe ngoba ngiyazi ukuthi uyangikhathalela. Namuhla, ngiyazinikela—futhi!—izinto eziye zingigcina ngiboshiwe enhliziyweni yami. Hamba nami, Nkosi, uye enkululekweni nasekunqobeni ukukhathazeka. Ngegama likaJesu. Ameni.

Ukukhathazeka kungangena ekuphileni kwethu nganoma isiphi isikhathi. Kodwa lokho akusho ukuthi kufanele kuhlale! Kungakhathaliseki ukuthi ubhekene nani namuhla, ungakunqoba ukukhathazeka nemiphumela yako elimazayo njengoba uxhumana noNkulunkulu ngomkhuleko ngezithembiso zakhe ezinamandla ezisemBhalweni. Hlanganyela nathi ezinsukwini ezimbalwa ezizayo njengoba sithatha izinyathelo zokuqeda ukukhathazeka ezimpilweni zethu futhi sithole ukuthula eZwini likaNkulunkulu.
