This is week one in a seven-week series that walks you through the struggles of anxiety while holding to biblical truth and God’s promises. This eight-day plan provides encouragement and practical application to align your heart and mind with the love of Jesus in the midst of anxiety. This week’s promise: God is with me.

There’s no getting around the fact that we live in an always-spinning world. We yearn for quietness in our souls – but, often, that deep rest seems out of our reach. Or is it? In the next few days, let’s spend a few minutes peeking into the home of Mary and Martha in Bethany. Two sisters who loved God – but demonstrated that love in completely different ways. From the little incident in Luke where Jesus visits the two sisters, as well as other Scripture portions, let’s learn to truly find rest in Him alone. 

This three week plan walks us through the timeless wonder of how God came to us through His son, Jesus. The plan is designed to begin on a Monday so that each weekend will include shorter content meant for rest and reflection during the holiday season. Join us as we study what the birth of Christ means for our future, present, and past.
