“You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the Lord, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes.” (Numbers 15:39 NIV) 

God knows the forgetfulness of human nature, who often falls prey to the desires of their flesh. But He loves us and will always help us return to Him.

When we make mistakes, remember that God will still help us. He will help solve our problems, whether through other people or the wisdom directly given by the Holy Spirit.
