Paul thanks the Philippians for their gift to him. He encourages them to not worry, but to instead be thankful and rejoice.

Not worrying is hard for most. There always seem to be so much that could cause worry. If we concentrated on being thankful and rejoicing, think how much happier we would be. If Paul could write this from prison, how much more thankful can we be in our situation?
