Over and Over

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

One of the greatest things in our lives is that His mercies are new EVERY morning. It is such a beautiful gift. By definition, mercy is, “Compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within one's power to punish or harm.”

He isn’t surprised or scared by our mess. He doesn’t throw up His hands in heaven and say, “Well, I really just don’t know what to do this time!” He doesn’t need us to put on a facade and act like we’re “okay.” He loves us, just as we are. In return, take time to thank HIM over and over for his FAVOR and FAITHFULNESS.
