His Job

Dear God,

Thank You for the skills You have given to my husband. I pray he will be able to exercise those skills with passion in his job. I pray a blessing over him right now, asking You to anoint him today. Give my husband the strength to get through work joyfully and to be a blessing to others around him. Use him to benefit his company and to encourage the people he works beside. May he be appreciated by his boss and other teammates. I pray my husband has an extraordinary day, so that when he comes home, he is excited to share with me all that took place. Lord, help me to be a good listener and help me to truly care about what he has endured throughout his time at work. If for any reason my husband desires a new job, I pray You would guide him and provide a job where he can thrive. Open new opportunities for my husband to consider and lead him to the perfect job. No matter what happens, please help both of us to trust in You as our ultimate provider and to appreciate where You have us at any given time. I pray my husband has a desire to serve You and to work unto You, no matter what his job title states. I pray my husband will be willing to work extra hard and that You would reward him for his endeavors.
