You can, for example, send messages to one another with soft, tender words full of blessings and truth that you believe and desire to speak over your spouse. * When you are finally together, ask them questions and be interested in their answers. * Validate their feelings. An easy option is to simply repeat the sentence that your spouse said, by saying it in your words: "I hear you saying that..."
