Who do you want to have in the driver’s seat during the COVID-19 pandemic or during any other fearful situation, for that matter? Should it be the media, politicians, government agencies, the health sector, communities, and families? Of course, all sectors of society are involved in pandemic preparedness and response, and we should all be working together. However, we can’t forget the role that our sovereign God plays in all of this.

God is in control. He always has been and always will be. He has been down the road of crisis many times before, and He knows the way and the outcome. There’s no danger, trouble, situation, or circumstance that God hasn’t been in control of before. God is always alert for your safety, and He will be with you wherever you go.
