John 11.
Jesus consistently confirmed His identity by His actions. Jesus said earlier that He was listening to the Father and observing the Father in order to know what He was supposed to do and what He was supposed to say.
In this chapter, Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead, and then makes His next “I am” statement:
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?" (John 11:25 NIV)
What is the Father saying to you about your identity?
Do your actions confirm who you say you are?
Is there something in your life that you need the Lord to ‘breathe life’ into?
