Bruised Yet CalledНамуна

DAY SIX: CHOSEN IN WEAKNESS
THE WORD
- Judges 6:15–16 – “Pardon me, my lord,” Gideon replied, “but how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.” The Lord answered, “I will be with you, and you will strike down all the Midianites, leaving none alive.”
Gideon felt too weak, too insignificant, too unqualified to be used by God. Yet God deliberately chose him to deliver Israel. Your weakness is not a reason for God to reject you — it is the very reason He has chosen you. His strength is made perfect in your weakness.
The Spirit shows us that human qualifications are not the basis for divine calling. God delights in using the overlooked, the underestimated, and the unqualified to display His glory. When you feel like the least, you are often closest to being God’s first choice.
Your bruises and weaknesses are not obstacles but invitations for God’s power to flow through you.
DECLARATIONS
- I declare that my weakness is a platform for God’s strength.
- I declare that I am chosen, even when I feel overlooked.
- I declare that God’s power works best in my weakness.
- I declare that I am equipped, empowered, and called by God.
- I declare that my competence comes from Christ alone.
PRAYER FOCUS
Lord, thank You for choosing me, even when I feel weak, unqualified, or forgotten. I surrender every insecurity into Your hands and embrace the truth that I am chosen for a purpose. Use my weakness to reveal Your strength.
Holy Spirit, empower me to walk boldly in my calling. Remind me that I am not defined by what I lack but by who I am in Christ. Let my life reflect the truth that even in weakness, I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
