InfluenceНамуна

You might not think your everyday actions matter much—but they do. Jesus calls you to shine like a light in the darkness. When you’re kind, honest, or forgiving, you’re showing the world who He is. People may not read the Bible, but they’ll see your life. Let your light shine so that others may be drawn to God—not to make yourself look good, but so that He may receive the glory.
You don’t need a stage or a spotlight to shine. Just live for Jesus, one small choice at a time.
Write Matthew 5:16 on a sticky note and put it on your mirror, locker, or notebook. Each time you see it, read it aloud, and think of one way to "shine" that day—like encouraging a friend, helping someone, or making a kind choice.

About this Plan

From family to classmates to neighbors to social media, you have the ability to affect those around you. You have influence, and what you do with that influence matters. In this four-week series, you'll be challenged to pay attention to the "butterfly effect" that you have on others and be encouraged for that to be shaped by the effect Jesus wants you to have in the lives of others.
