Uncharted: Ruach, Spirit of GodНамуна

"When Abram heard that his relative had been taken captive, he called out the 318 trained men born in his household and went in pursuit as far as Dan." - Gen 14:14 (NIV)
When Abram learned that his nephew Lot had been captured, he didn’t hesitate. He gathered his men and went to rescue him, risking his own safety to help someone else.
This verse shows Abram’s courage, loyalty, and selflessness. He didn’t let past choices or disagreements with Lot stop him from doing what was right. Abram chose love and action.
Who in your life needs support, forgiveness, or help? Like Abram, he had to put his feelings aside and be willing to act selflessly and stand in the gap for others—even when it’s hard or inconvenient.
Prayer:
God, thank You for showing me how to love others through action. Help me to be brave and generous like Abram, putting others first and trusting You with the outcome. Father I pray that I can forgive quickly and love others the way that You love them, Amen.
