God's Timing

"The smallest one will become a thousand (a clan), And the least one a mighty nation. I, the Lord, will quicken it in its [appointed] time." Isaiah 60:22 AMP

Timing is everything. What makes a particular time the appointed TIME?

1. The ease at which it happens - When God is involved, you don't have to struggle to receive. He fights on your behalf and makes everything work together for your good. If God favours you, nothing created can ever disfavour you.

2. The longevity of the promise - God specialises in lasting miracles, not temporary mirages; therefore, it is always worth the wait.

3. The magnitude of the miracle - God always wants your testimony to bring Him glory by doing things no man can ever do, think, or imagine. He wants total dependence on Him.

4. The effect on others - God never blesses a man in isolation; it always serves a greater purpose, affecting the lives of many and even generations to come.

God's time is the appointed time, and the appointed time is the best time! Keep waiting, keep trusting, and keep believing. No time is wasted with God; therefore, your preparation time is just as important as your time of manifestation. The process is more important to God than the promise, and this requires time, so yield completely to reach the appointed time. In this time of waiting, redefine your pain as purpose. Let your pain birth purpose, as it has the power to set others free. Never let your pain be in vain. This devotional exemplifies pain-birthing purpose, so find your purpose this season and wait for God's timing.
