You Can!Намуна

Have you ever had a week where everything seemed to go wrong? Life can feel overwhelming, like one thing after another is pushing you down. When you began to follow Jesus, did you think your life would get easier? Although it may seem like this is how things would work, in this verse, Paul reminds us that even when life is tough, it won’t defeat us. Hard times will come, but they won’t break us because we’re not going through them alone (that would feel a little sad and hopeless). Although our lives may not get easier, because of Jesus, we have hope that He will carry us through our hard times. Faith doesn’t mean life gets easier—it means we have hope that carries us through the hardest moments. No situation is stronger than the hope we have in Jesus.
This week, when the hard moments come up, pause to remind yourself of the hope we can have in Jesus! There is nothing this world can do to destroy you, and that’s a reason to celebrate!
