You Can!Намуна

Today, during your prayer time, take a moment to reflect on the latest season of your life. Write down the different struggles you faced over the last month, semester, or year. Spend some time reflecting on what was difficult and why it was hard to overcome. Make a list of the trouble you experienced. Then, write down the different ways you overcame those troubles. Maybe some people helped you, realizations you came to, or scriptures you took courage from.
Isaiah 40 tells us that when we trust in the Lord, we will find new strength. It may not be the same thing every time, but God will come through for us. Take this opportunity to recognize the ways God helped you during these challenges. Consider how he might use you to strengthen someone else in the future.
