A Year in Luke/ActsНамуна

The disciples who gather to welcome Jesus into Jerusalem have clearly been listening to his teaching on his long journey. Remember in Luke 13 how Jesus said they would not see him again until they said “blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord”? Well, this is exactly what the crowd is shouting. The Pharisees can’t believe their ears at how Jesus is being addressed and ask him to tell his followers to stop, but Jesus replies that if they are quiet even the rocks are going to cry out, so significant is this moment.
