Sit, Walk, Stand - a 40 Day Walk Through of EphesiansНамуна

Eph 3:4-6
Paul speaks of the “mystery of Christ, which was not made known to people in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets.” (V4-5)
It must be said that “mysteries revealed” is not a common thing. So, when people claim a “new truth”, watch out! Paul speaks of Jesus revealed.
It’s still a mystery why Jesus came, when he did. All we know is that the law was given to guide us until Christ came (Galatians 3:24).
And in Galatians 4:4 we’re told that God sent Jesus into the world “when the time had fully come”, or in the “fullness of time”.
We now live in an age that even the prophets of the Old Testament were envious of, according to Jesus.
For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.
Matthew 13:17
Truth is, God is God. That means he operates with wisdom that is bigger than anyone and anything. He sees the beginning from the end. He puts things in motion knowing the impact it will have on future generations. God will do something in one country, knowing what it will produce in another country. So we do not know when or how, but we trust that God is in charge of the process.
We trust God is good and He is in control. It’s not blind faith. It’s selective faith.
About this Plan

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? The Christian walk can make you feel like striving when really everything has been done for you by Jesus, but there is still so much to be done. This is the tension every Christian walks in. The tension between the NOW & the NOT-YET. We are SEATED with Jesus, now WALK IT OUT, so that you may STAND.
