Everyday: Growing in FaithНамуна

Last semester, I struggled for a long time on a paper for an English class. I re-read the assignment sheet and researched my topic for weeks. I emailed and met with my professor over and over. I even asked friends for advice. Once I finally started writing the paper, nothing I wrote sounded right. I re-wrote and re-started endless times, but nothing I typed worked. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I shut my computer and started watching YouTube.

After a little break, I returned to the incomplete essay. This time, I prayed for strength before starting. After that quick prayer, I realized what the paper lacked and was able to get it done. After some passionate writing and a few days of editing, I finally felt happy with my work. Even though it was a seemingly small thing, it showed me that God cares about the everyday details of our lives. No matter what you do, remember that God is there!

Today, take a moment to notice God's presence in everything. Thank God for the incredible impact that presence has on our lives.
