Believers will face daily those who question our faith, who mock our Bible, and despise our God. However, God’s Word is truth and His righteousness shall stand. Through sickness, suffering, grief, persecution, loss, and pain…God can use these evil things in our lives towards this good end –that through it all, we become more and more compassionate, generous, sacrificing, motivating, selfless, self-controlled, forgiving, praying, God-dependent - like Jesus. What events are rocking your world right now? Are you being led by wavering feelings or are you being led by your knowledge and faith in an unchanging, totally reliable God? Father God, strip from me the desire to know and understand every single thing that You are doing in my life. Help me to surrender and trust You and the stability of Your Word. Because Your thoughts are higher than my thoughts and Your ways are higher than my ways, I can fully trust and rely on You. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
