Set Your Thoughts On The Better
We are taught to love God with all our heart, with all our soul and with all our mind and with all our strength. If you are like me, our mind can be preoccupied by the many things we have to do. Then there are fewer places to think about something else and especially to think about God. However do you notice that starting your day by spending time with God, then your mind is full of the promises of God? You know God is with you and you are looking forward to see God’s amazing grace be manifested in your busy day. You are ready to experience miracles, receive wisdom and be a light in darkness.
Our mind is able to catch what is good, acceptable and perfect. It is able to discern the will of God. Yes, since we have received the Holy Spirit promised by Jesus, our thoughts can go for the better. So before to start our busy day, let’s give a time to the Holy Spirit to renew our mind. Then we are able to love God with all our mind and we get the better he has prepared for us, what is good, acceptable and perfect.
