Set Your Thoughts on God's Promise
Thoughts can lead us to fear. Jacob said to Laban, “I was afraid because I thought…”. Which thoughts today cause you to fear? If today your thoughts lead you to a place of desperation, God tells you that his thoughts are nothing to do with your thoughts. He is the God of your destiny, the God of the promise. He has his way to bring you into victory. As Jacob, you are a son of the promise. So set your thoughts on the many promises of God. The Bible is full of wonderful promises that God is ready to fulfill for his children. You hold on the promises of God and remember them. You let the Holy Spirit make them alive in your heart. Then your thought will never be the same. Don’t let your thoughts bring you into fear. You are called to live in freedom.
