(Yeshayah 28, 16.) because there is not any distinction between Jew and Greek, because the same L-rd of all is rich to all, that call unto him; because every one, who will call upon the L-rd's Name, will saved to be. (Joel 3, 5)

and how shall one preach, if one is not sent? as it stands written: how beautiful are the feet of the (ones), who bring a News of good things. (Yeshayah 52, 7.)

how then shall they call upon him, in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him, of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a owner preach?

because the purpose of the Torah is the Moshiach to righteousness for every one, who believes.
