7 Keys for Spiritual Warfareනියැදිය

5. SPIRITUAL WARRIORS ARE AWARE OF THE TACTICS AND WEAKNESSES OF THE ENEMY
Our enemy, Satan, has a number of tactics. One of the most common strategies he uses against us is fear and intimidation. Goliath used this tactic every day as he defiantly shouted threats and taunts at the Israelites. But David knew God personally, and his confidence was in who God was; he was secure in God’s authority and His character.
The apostle Paul gives us a key to standing our ground in spiritual warfare, which is to put on our spiritual armour. The armour of God is available for us, but we must be intentional to activate it in our lives on a daily basis! When we read the language Paul uses, it is clear that we must partner with God to actively put on, take up, and be fitted with the armour that God has available for us.
As well as knowing the schemes of the enemy and putting on the armour of God, it is important to understand that the enemy has weaknesses. While Goliath was trying to frighten David, he was actually hiding behind his shield-bearer as he advanced towards him. Our enemy hides behind a shield of intimidation and fear, lies and deception, discouragement and doubt.
In spiritual warfare, we must know and stand on the truth. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life! (John 14:6) Jesus took authority over Satan in the wilderness and took authority over sin on the cross. Jesus has won the victory, and it is finished! Satan knows this, and he is terrified that we would walk boldly in the truth.
Let’s not shrink back from the battle because of fear, intimidation, doubt, or discouragement. Declare that God has not given you the spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind. Take up your shield of faith, extinguish the fiery darts of the enemy, and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper!
