What started as a sweet interview with a kid about his love of corn exploded when his words were put to a catchy tune.

If you’ve heard it you’ll know you can’t help but smile when you listen to it.

And that’s precisely why I think it’s had such an impact.

The last couple of years have been challenging, disappointing, and oftentimes just plain heavy.

Enter the corn kid who’s overwhelming joy for something as ordinary as corn reminds us of a time when life was simpler.

How do we recapture that kind of joy?

For me it’s found in my relationship with God and the hope of a perfect joyful future with Him.

And yeah, probably perfect corn too!
