30 Days of Delighting in the Wordනියැදිය

Day 16
“Give me understanding, and I shall keep Your law; Indeed, I shall observe it with my whole heart.” Psalm 119:34 (NKJV)
We can hear or read a verse 99 times, but when God gives us a revelation and understanding of the verse the 100th time, it can feel like we are reading the verse for the first time.
Ask God to give you revelation and understanding of His Word as you read the Bible every day. If God takes you to a passage that you have read before, be excited for God to reveal greater depths of who He is in that passage.
We will obey God’s Word when we have revelation and understanding of His Word. Invite the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of your heart to know the depths of God’s love for you and the beauty of His commands.
Prayer: Jesus, give me understanding of Your Word that I may obey Your law. Indeed, I shall observe your Word with my whole heart.
