30 Days of Delighting in the Wordනියැදිය

Day 19
“Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things, And revive me in Your way.”- Psalm 119:37 (NKJV)
What are you looking to in order to revive you? We must be careful what we choose to watch and look at because our eyes are the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light (Matthew 6:23).
May we look to Jesus, who is all worthy and holy, the One who is eternal life. As we fix our eyes on Jesus, we will be filled with light and life because Jesus is the light of all mankind (John 1:4).
Be intentional every day to turn your eyes away from looking at worthless things. Sin will never revive us. Sin always leaves us bound and leads us down the path of death. God’s truth and His ways will revive us because we were made to have intimacy with our Maker, Jesus Christ.
Prayer: Jesus, help me every day to be intentional about turning my eyes away from worthless things. Revive me in Your way that I may be filled with life, truth, hope, and love.
