Some words we use to describe God sound big and impressive, like holy, merciful, and mighty. But one word that the Bible frequently uses to describe God is "good." We usually don't use that word to describe really amazing things. If you read a review that says a product was "good," you probably wouldn't be convinced to buy it. A "good" review probably makes you feel pretty unsure about whether or not something is reliable. But when we describe God with the word good, it means a lot more than we might think. Because God is good, there is absolutely nothing wrong with him or in him. He is just 100% perfect. He doesn't mess up, never does anything wrong, and most importantly, He doesn't let us down. He is good to us. And that is pretty amazing.
