Praying From Victory, Not for It

DAY 3 OF 3

Hallow His Name and Walk by Faith

When Jesus said, “Hallowed be Your name,” He was teaching us to honour who God reveals Himself to be in each season of our lives.

To Abraham, God was El-Shaddai, the All-Sufficient One. To Moses, He was the Lord, the One who must have His way. Every name carries a revelation and a promise.

When God reveals Himself as your Provider, hallow His name by trusting Him to provide. When He says, “I am your Healer,” hallow His name by standing firm in health and peace.

To hallow His name is to align your heart and actions with His revelation.

Faith is the currency of heaven. It’s how divine promises become earthly realities. When you honour God’s name and walk in faith, you unlock the power behind that revelation.

Ask God today, “Lord, what name are You revealing to me in this season?” Then believe it and walk in it. You are not a widow struggling to survive; you are the elect, chosen to live in victory.

Reflection Questions

  • What aspect of God’s name do you need to hallow in this season?
  • How can faith make that revelation real in your daily life?

Prayer

Lord, I hallow Your name today. Reveal who You are to me in this season, and give me faith to walk in it. I believe You are who You say You are—my Father, my Provider, my Healer, my Lord. Let my life glorify Your name. Amen.

About this Plan

Praying From Victory, Not for It

Many believers pray as if convincing a distant God, but Jesus shows a better way. In this 3-day plan inspired by the parable of the persistent widow, you’ll learn to pray not as a victim but as God’s chosen, loved, and victorious child. Each day guides you to rest in faith, embrace God’s Fatherhood, and honor His name in every season—through short devotionals, Scriptures, reflection questions, and heartfelt prayers that deepen your walk with Him.
