How's Your Faith Today? From Testing to Testimonyਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 5 - Depending on the Spirit's Strength
Scripture:
"My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness." 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
Reflection:
Paul begged God to remove his "thorn," but God gave him grace to endure it. Sometimes God calms the storm, and sometimes He strengthens His child in the storm. Both are miracles.
We've all seen believers who walk through suffering with peace that makes no sense to the world. Their calm isn't denial—it's divine. That is the Spirit's power on display.
When we reach the end of our own strength, God's strength begins. The Spirit doesn't erase weakness; He fills it with supernatural endurance. Each time we lean into His power, our testimony grows, not because we conquered the trial, but because God carried us through it.
Application:
Where do you feel weakest right now?
Instead of trying harder, pray: "Holy Spirit, be my strength here."
Journal one way you've seen His strength sustain you - it's likely proof He's still doing it today.
Prayer:
Lord, I can't do this in my own strength. Fill me with Your Spirit and let Your power shine through my weakness. Teach me to stop striving and start relying, that my weakness may become the canvas for Your strength. Amen.

About this Plan

When life blindsides us - the diagnosis we never saw coming, the fracture in a relationship we begged God to heal, the silence after desperate prayers - our faith can feel fragile. We wonder, is what I believe enough to carry me through this? Yet Scripture reminds us that faith grows strongest in the fire. What shakes us doesn’t ruin us; it refines us. Over the next seven days, you’ll discover how testing becomes transformation, how surrender becomes strength, and how God turns storms into testimonies. You’re not facing this alone. The One who allows the storm walks with you through it.
