Day 13 – Singing Through the Tears
Mary’s song, the Magnificat, is both praise and protest. It celebrates God’s mercy while acknowledging injustice. She rejoices not because life is easy, but because God is faithful.
Real joy doesn’t ignore pain; it redeems it. Mary’s words teach us that joy is an act of resistance against despair. When we sing through tears, we declare that God’s goodness is greater than our grief.
