The Power of Resting Wellਨਮੂਨਾ

The power of rest
Matthew 11:28
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Imagine climbing a high mountain. Each stage demands strength, and you feel your breath quicken. You know: without a break, I won't make it. True mountain climbers regularly return to base camp, only to reach great heights. It's the same in everyday life. We rush on, from appointment to appointment, forgetting that our body and soul need oxygen.
Taking a break isn't a weakness, but a source of strength. It's a conscious choice to breathe, to pause, and to rediscover what's truly important. The Bible shows that even God rested after six days of work. So rest isn't a luxury, but part of His plan for creation.
Perhaps it feels unnatural for you to stop. As if you're behind, or as if you have to justify yourself. But in the silence, you hear again who you truly are: a beloved child of God, not a production machine. Enjoy the view!
