Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Twoਨਮੂਨਾ

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ (Galatians 2:16 NKJV).
Can you finish this line, “What can wash away my sin…”?
Isaiah prophesied that our sins could be made as white as snow through God’s grace (Isaiah 1:18). Paul echoes this truth, highlighting that salvation comes through faith in Christ, not the Law. “For I through the law died to the law that I might live to God” (Galatians 2:19 NKJV).
Have you fully embraced Jesus’ sacrifice for your sins? Reflect on the grace that cleanses you and rest in His finished work. Let His forgiveness transform your life and renew your heart. So, “What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus!”
Employment Point: Believe in Jesus’ finished work that washes away sin.

About this Plan

Devotions on F.I.R.E. journeys through the Bible in one year. Each day includes a devotion based on Dr. Burge’s F.I.R.E. method of Bible Study. F.I.R.E. stands for Familiarity, Interpretation, Relationship, and Employment. The F.I.R.E. method and the daily devotions help readers remember and apply what they read as they fuel the fire in their hearts for God’s Word—adapted from the book Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two, by Dr. Ken J. Burge, Sr.
