Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Twoਨਮੂਨਾ

For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing (2 Corinthians 2:15 NKJV).
When others observe your life – do they see Christ?
Paul rejoices that God leads him in triumph, and his life reflects the positive impact of Christ’s presence. “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place” (2 Corinthians 2:14 NKJV).
Just like a victorious leader, let your actions and words spread encouragement. As a Christian, people should sense the presence of Christ when you are in the room.
Are you making a difference in the lives of those around you? Strive to be a source of joy and inspiration, showing the positive effects of your faith through your daily interactions.
Employment Point: Glorify God by emitting the fragrance of Christ wherever He leads you.

About this Plan

Devotions on F.I.R.E. journeys through the Bible in one year. Each day includes a devotion based on Dr. Burge’s F.I.R.E. method of Bible Study. F.I.R.E. stands for Familiarity, Interpretation, Relationship, and Employment. The F.I.R.E. method and the daily devotions help readers remember and apply what they read as they fuel the fire in their hearts for God’s Word—adapted from the book Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two, by Dr. Ken J. Burge, Sr.
