Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Twoਨਮੂਨਾ

The works of the LORD are great, studied by all who have pleasure in them (Psalm 111:2 NKJV).
Are you actively studying the Lord’s amazing works?
Psalm 111:2 (NIV) starts by saying, “Great are the works of the LORD." David was fascinated by God’s incredible creation. He wrote, “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands” (Psalm 19:1 NIV). God has created a wonderful world full of marvels for us to explore, and we also have the Bible, which reveals more about His greatness.
Do you set aside time each day to study both God’s Word and reflect on His creation? Take a moment before you open your Bible in the morning to look out the window at God’s amazing creation. This simple act may enhance your reading time and help you reflect more deeply on the One who created all things.
Employment Point: Study God’s works and words, and marvel at His majesty.
About this Plan

Devotions on F.I.R.E. journeys through the Bible in one year. Each day includes a devotion based on Dr. Burge’s F.I.R.E. method of Bible Study. F.I.R.E. stands for Familiarity, Interpretation, Relationship, and Employment. The F.I.R.E. method and the daily devotions help readers remember and apply what they read as they fuel the fire in their hearts for God’s Word—adapted from the book Devotions on F.I.R.E. Year Two, by Dr. Ken J. Burge, Sr.
