Romans: A 30 Day Visitਨਮੂਨਾ

It's clear from the beginning that Paul loves these people. He praises their faith, he prays for them consistently, and he longs to come and see them.
In verse 5, Paul calls them 'to the obedience that comes from faith'. How have you seen your faith shape your obedience?
Paul finishes this section explaining that the gospel, or the good news about Jesus, brings salvation. The word 'gospel' actually means 'good news'.
How have you experienced the message about Jesus' offer of salvation as good news in your own life? Why is it good news to you?

About this Plan

Paul's letter to the church in Rome is packed! He is helping this new church establish a vision for what it looks like to be citizens of God's Kingdom. There is doctrine to learn and live by, as well as wisdom for living life in ways that accurately reflect the King. As we take the trip together over the next month, we too see that what we believe, always influences how we live.
