Coming to Life: 30-Day Devotionalਨਮੂਨਾ

Who Do You Say That I Am?
At the heart of the gospel is a question: Who do you say that Jesus is? Crowds debated — a prophet, a teacher, perhaps even Elijah returned. But Peter’s confession remains the foundation of faith: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
To acknowledge Jesus as Christ is to recognize Him as God’s promised King. To call Him the Son of God is to see Him as divine, the one in whom the fullness of deity dwells.
Jesus does not allow neutrality. He calls us to follow Him — to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and walk His way. Peter himself wavered, sometimes bold and sometimes weak, yet Jesus restored him and used his confession as the rock upon which the church would be built.
Even when others turned away, Peter declared, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.” That question echoes today. If not Jesus, then who? No one else can save. No one else can satisfy.
Philippians promises that one day every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. The question is not whether we will confess but when. Today is the day of faith, the day to declare with Peter: “You are the Christ.”
Reflection Questions
- How would you answer Jesus’ question: “Who do you say that I am?”
- What does taking up your cross to follow Him look like in your daily life?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God. I confess You as Lord and Savior. Help me to follow You daily, taking up my cross with joy, knowing that You have the words of eternal life. Amen.
About this Plan

The Bible isn’t just a collection of stories—it’s one story, and it all points to one Savior. It all ties together! This 30-day journey won’t give you every answer, but it will help you see how God’s Word comes alive in His love, His promises, and His plan. My prayer is that as you read, you’ll find yourself coming to life in Him.
