Faith That Feels Real: Part 1 - Lies We Believe About Faithਨਮੂਨਾ

Faith Isn’t a Feeling You Have to Chase
It’s easy to think that faith is about staying “on fire” for God—chasing a certain emotional high. But Hebrews 13:5 reminds us that faith rests on God’s promise: “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Just like a child sleeps more peacefully when they know their parent is near, our faith grows when we trust God’s presence—not when we’re chasing a feeling. Feelings fade. God’s presence doesn’t.
Your faith isn’t measured by how you feel in the moment. It’s anchored in the unshakable truth that He is with you—always.
Reflect & Apply:
- When your faith feels “flat,” do you tend to chase a feeling or rest in God’s promises?
- How does the truth of Hebrews 13:5 speak into your current season?
- What would it look like to trust God’s presence this week, even if you don’t “feel” it?
