The Story of Godਨਮੂਨਾ

Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:13-14 (ESV)
Water is essential for the sustenance of human life, so it’s quite telling that Jesus used water here as a metaphor for the Holy Spirit. After all, the Holy Spirit is the One who convicts people’s hearts of their sins and gives people a new heart when they say yes to the Father through Jesus’ atoning work on the cross.
