Day 1: The Clarity of God’s Voice

God gave Zedekiah a clear and unmistakable word. There was no ambiguity, no mystery.

Life and peace were within reach—if he would simply obey. Yet he wavered, stalled, and second-guessed.

As leaders, we often long for clear direction.

But the real test isn’t always clarity—it’s courage to obey what we already know God has said.

Zedekiah heard from Jeremiah multiple times. God was patient. But in the end, hearing wasn’t enough.

Delayed obedience became disobedience.

• Are you seeking more clarity when what you actually need is more courage?

Prayer:

Lord, when Your word is clear, give me the faith and boldness to obey—quickly and fully. Don’t let fear or pride keep me from the life You’re offering.
