Love People?!ਨਮੂਨਾ

“Are You Generous With Your Love?”
Do you know what it’s like when you’re in a really good mood and, because of that, you’re especially generous with your love that day?
I recently had such a day. When I saw that a friend of mine had a birthday, I wrote her the warmest words. I also told others, “She’s such a great woman—she’s done so much good for others.” Then another friend pulled me aside and said, “Déborah, have you forgotten how mean and cruel she was to you in the past?”
And you know what? In that moment of love, I actually had forgotten!
But when this friend reminded me of what had actually happened and how badly this other “friend” had spoken about me, the memories came rushing back… Then she also told me how this “friend” had deliberately tried to hurt me behind my back...
And inside me, the battle began: “Do I take back all the good things I said about her in front of my friends?” And honestly, it really hurt to hear what had happened behind my back 😓 So what now?
Do you know what God directly—really directly—showed me?
We are not to become like people, but like Jesus.
“For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son… And having chosen them, he called them to come to him.” (Romans 8:29-30 NLT)
Your mission is to love others and become more like Jesus. Period. And God’s mission and desire is to work on the hearts of the people who have hurt you. It’s not always easy, because we’d love to “get involved” ourselves.
But it says, “Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself.” (Leviticus 19:18 NIV)
And don’t forget: The grace God has given you, He also wants to give to others! Because before Him, we are all the same.
So, let’s not stand in the way of God’s love and right—no looking back, just forgiving right.
Are you with me?
You are a miracle!

About this Plan

God calls us to love others, not by our own strength but through His power. When we choose to love—even before being hurt—He makes us able. True peace comes from being right with God, not from pleasing people. We’re called to love everyone, but we shouldn’t lose ourselves trying to fit in. Instead, we’re meant to become like Jesus, not the world. Don’t let the world disturb your heart—let God lead you into love. And don’t wait for change to happen around you; let God bring change through you.
