Jesus Is…The Fulfillmentਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 4 – Jesus is…the new David.
Psalm 132 (ESV)
Devotional: Jesus, our God, reigns now and forever as the one true King. Long ago, God promised King David that his throne would be established forever—a promise that ultimately pointed to Jesus. Although the Davidic kingdom faltered, divided, and seemed lost at times, God remained faithful. He fulfilled His unconditional promise through Christ, the Son of David, who now sits on the eternal throne. Our God is faithful and trustworthy. His promises are good, even when it feels like darkness might prevail. But the light of Christ shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it. His reign is one of love, justice, and peace, and it will never end. Jesus is the new and greater David. He has fulfilled the role of the promised King, and He reigns even now. He is the rightful King, and He is worthy of our trust and service. Jesus not only fulfills God's promises; He is the promise.
Prayer: Jesus, You are the promise, wow! Continue to reign in love, justice, and peace. It is a gift that You will reign forever; there is no leader that compares with You. You are King!
