Restoring Relationshipsਨਮੂਨਾ

Day 14 – Application
Devotional
Jesus teaches that hearing God’s Word isn’t enough; true blessing comes from doing what He commands (Matthew 7:24-27, James 1:22-25). Understanding restorative justice is only useful when it moves beyond theory into action. Whether you’re involved in conflict as offender, victim, or observer, applying restorative justice means creating safe spaces for honest conversation, listening deeply, expressing feelings, and working together toward forgiveness and reconciliation. This approach extends beyond personal conflicts into groups and even justice systems, encouraging accountability, healing, and restoration rather than punishment alone. As followers of Christ, we are called not only to know God’s ways but to live them—bringing His peace and justice into every relationship and community.
Reflection Question:
How can you take a practical step today to apply restorative justice in a conflict you are part of or witness?
Prayer:
Lord, help me to be a doer of Your Word, not just a hearer. Give me the courage to pursue restoration and reconciliation in my relationships. Teach me to listen with grace, speak with love, and seek healing where there is brokenness. May Your justice flow through me to bring peace and restoration. Amen.
