7 Days of Strength for Life for Menਨਮੂਨਾ

Reassuring Words
God made his children to need reassuring words like, “I love you” and “I am here for you.” When we are feeling down, reassuring words build us back up. And when we see that others are struggling, we are called as Christians to lift them up in faith.
It is not enough to just know that a relationship exists. When you speak reassurance to a friend, you acknowledge that you love them and are there for them. You are reflecting God’s love for us and his relationship with us. Verbalizing how much we care creates confidence and security in others. See your speech as a mouthpiece for God. He calls his children to be conduits of good conversation. Listen to the Lord’s loving words to you, and by faith, give those loving words back to the people around you. May your words and strength come from the Lord so you can encourage and serve others for God’s glory (1 Peter 4:11).
Action Step: Make a list of five people you haven’t heard from in a while. Schedule a time to meet with them. Share with them words of truth from Scripture. Let them know a specific way they have blessed your life and let them know how much you care for them.
Lord, make me a vessel of your reassuring truth to others. Help me speak words of comfort, encouragement, and hope. May your love and wisdom flow through me, bringing light to dark places and healing to wounded hearts. Use me to uplift and strengthen those in need. Amen.
